Test email sent, error in the form email

Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble!

It appears that you have authenticated one email address using the WP Mail SMTP plugin, but a different “from email address” is being used when you’re sending emails through WPForms.

Could you please enable the “force from email address” option under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings area and retest?

Or else, you need to update the “from email address” under your WPForms form notifications. In case it helps, please refer to this guide.

thanks for reaching out, I have changed the address to make another try, because with force from email was not working.

Now I have set it back to force to email address and I got the error as follows:

Thanks for getting in touch! The error message?SMTP ERROR: DATA END command failed: 550 Request failed; Mailbox unavailable?means that the recipient’s email server is not accepting emails. You may need to get in touch with your email provider with the full error log and they should be able to assist you further.

In the meantime, please try sending an email notification to a different email address to confirm the issue.
