Test email sent but not received.

    I have installed and configured the WP Mail SMTP plugin with Brevo. When I send a test email from the Tools section of the plugin, or an email through a form, it says the email is sent, but I don’t receive it in my inbox. Any suggestions?

    Hi @lorajb,

    Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble! It appears that the Brevo mailer experienced an outage yesterday, as you can see here. Most likely, the issue should be resolved by now.

    If you’re still experiencing any issues, please get in touch with Brevo support. In the meantime, you can also configure an alternative mailer on your site.
