Test email not working

    Hi

    After updating the plugin to version 5.13.0 the test email functionality stopped working. When I click the “Send a test email” button only the spinner loads but nothing else happens.

    Please tell me how this can be fixed as it worked in version 5.12.0.

    ?I tried to replicate this issue at our end but I am unable to replicate the same. The test email and the abandoned cart reminder emails are working fine at our end with the latest version 5.13.0 of this plugin.

    Can you please let me know whether you have removed the line define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true); currently? Is the WP Cron enabled at your end? If the WP Cron is enabled on your site then the test and reminder emails should work fine at your end without the above line of code. If the WP Cron is disabled then this define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true); line should be present.
