Test Email Not Getting Sent

    Hey, I’ve not been receiving new order or any email from my website. When I tried testing it by a test email, the test email is also not getting sent.

    What happens:
    The moment I click on send test email, the page goes on to load but it keeps loading (in browser) then after sometime I am receiving “Error 524 A timeout occurred” saying my hosting not working.

    Do you think I should contact hosting provider? Or any solution you would recommend?
