Test email not being sent

    Hi,

    We use elastic email on our e-commerce website and it works well, but we can’t even send the test email for this Sales report for Woocommerce plugin. We don’t get an error message, but the process bar never disappears and of course we don’t get any emails.

    Hi @olzatech,

    Can you please check the error log, Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and search for the latest fatal-error logs and check if any errors are related to the Sales Report Email for the WooCommerce plugin?

    Hi,
    There is no error there regarding the Sales Report Email.
    We use Elastic Email Sender for sending all our WordPress emails and all those are working.<gwmw style=”display:none;”></gwmw>

    There is nothing either in the error log of Elastic Email Sender

    The latest version of the Sales Report Email for WooCommerce Free is 2.9. Maybe you are using the paid version of the Sales Report Email.
