test email failed

    When I try and send a test email via the wordpress plugin, I receive the following message:

    Test executed: 0 emails sent, 0 emails queued and 0 emails rejected.

    If I try and send a test email via the mandril site, i receive the following message:
    Message not sent: queued

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have also tried to submit a support ticket, but get an error “field cannot be blank” when all fields are populated.
