When submitting a test reservation I get the email. But when I hit the test email button I get nothing. The wordpress installation sends password recovery emails and so I’d expect this plugin to work through that same function and send emails.

    Hello.
Please make a test booking in booking form at front end side of your website. And check about receiving email confirmation about new booking.
    Otherwise check this https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

    Kind Regards.

I have already done all of this. Your test button does not work. The front end forms appear to work.

The issue with test button can be on the “From” / “To” email adress that you defined at the Settings Emails page.
When you press send test email, it’s send email to “From” email adress. It’s because at the other Emil templates (like Approved booking email template) thee is no “To” field (because such field it’s field from booking, which for “Test button” is not available. And it’s can make such confusing if not sending emails, especially if the “From” email address does not receive emails at all (virtual box).

    Kind Regards.

I was on the admin form and had both the from and to set to different email addresses that I should receive email at. Again the emails go when I submit forms on the front end. Its just this test button.

Honestly………….Just make that email button send something to each email address for the form we are editing. I spent way too much time trying to figure out why emails were not going through. And I write my reviews based on how efficient plugins are to set up and configure. Yours was not…..
