Test doesn’t submit

    Completed tests don’t seem to be submitting. The pop-up message displays the % achieved, but the learner is dropped back at the start page of the test and there is no trace of the test being completed in the CMS. Consequently, certificates are not being produces. This issue happens on occasions, but couldn’t determine a trigger. What could cause this issue and how do we fix it? Thank you

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    Please make sure that you are using the latest plugin version, if not, update it. After, try to deactivate all 3rd party plugins, enable the default WordPress theme and re-check by clearing the cache.
