Test bed for installing WP

OK I have a blog running on 2.3 with a slightly customised theme. I want to upgrade to 2.6.1 and change theme but want t get it all working before doing the live upgrade.
Q: Is there an easy “all-in-one” package I can install on my laptop to test WP/theme without having to set up a server and install/config PHP and MySQL individually?
