    Excuse me, a simple question:
In the “coming soon mode” i would like to test the front-end of my site by a non-administrative user, how can i do?
The login (www.sitename.com/wp-login.php) of a user admin is working properly, but the non-administrative users do not have access (goes on the “Coming soon” page).

    Thank you very much.

    Hi DDavide,

As of now it is not possible.

The plugin is designed so that only administrator can access the website.

Is it not possible for you to provide other user with temp admin account?

    Thanks for the quick response.
No problem, I will do these tests in a test environment.
In any case I like the plugin.

    Thanks

    HI DDavide,

We have added the test access feature to our premium version. The pro version is currently in bet phase.

Would you like to get access to the beta version? Let me know.

    -Ankit

Just give them Admin capabilities while you need them to test, then change it back.

This is a possible workaround.. However if you have 3-4 users thn it can get a bit tricky..

Also the idea of giving complete Admin account to a non tech savvy client is scary!!!

    Dear Ankit,
I have used your friendly plug-in for build this site (https://www.pizzeria-atuttapizza.it), but when I finished I’m not able to disable the plug-in.
I tryied to cancel it: nothing.
I tryed to cancel in the database, but the result is that you see.
The other pages are reachable regularly, for example: https://www.pizzeria-atuttapizza.it/prodotti

    Can you help me?
    Thanks

    HI Sturfan,

I visited the URL https://www.pizzeria-atuttapizza.it/ and was able to access the website.

    Has the problem been resolved?

You might need to clear the cache before you are able to access the HomePage.

    -Ankit

Yes, I have reinstalled once more WordPress.
Before this I had deleted and recreated the DB too. Then I triyed with several browser of several devices to avoid the browser cache, ipad too, without success. Finally I have installed again WP and I have resolved, but I have no understood what cache prevented the access at homepage.
Maybe the server have a cache? cPanel cache?

    Thanks anyway.

    HI Strufan,

Were you using any WordPress Cache Plugin?

    -Ankit

    Hi Ankit.
No, I never used cache plugin.
    These are plugin installed:
    Akismet
    Background manager
    Columnizer
    Facebook like Box
    Fullscreen Galleria
    Limit Login Attempt
    Media Library Assistant
    Redirect
    Reveal ID
    AddToAny share buttons
    Slim Jetpack

In these trouble days I have tryied also disabling all plugins, but the result was the same: as the easy coming soon plugin installed.

OK.. so that rules out any issue with the theme.

I will test the coming soon plugin with all the above mentioned plugins.

I will update this thread once we finish testing

    Ankit

    Thanks for all, Ankit.

    Hi Sturfan,

We tested Easy Coming Soon with all of the plugins mentioned above and it is working fine.
