test 3.0 plugin?

I remember reading somewhere that there was a plugin I could install that would allow me to ‘beta’ test the wp3.0 system on my 2.9.2 system to make sure that all is going to work in the future.

I’ve dug everywhere, but can’t find the link to it, anyone have an idea what I am talking about?
