Hi, sorry for the delayed response. Well, you need for first create the template to use it. For Lite Version users, you will get two templates that you can edit and add it to your website.

After installing, simply go to Templates -> Add New and there you would be able to create your first template.

The feature that you’re talking about is actually in the Pro Version.

    Hope this helps!

What a “worthless” reply. How do you add the template to 1 a widget, 2 the website 3 hardcode?

It seems its not possible to actually use the opt-in form.

    Hey there,

Have you added the code snippet to the template header as per the install instructions and the User guide? If you haven’t done it yet, please check here to learn how to do it: https://plugmatter.com/user-guide/#add_code

It is a one-time task. After that you can simply enable the feature box from plugin’s General Settings and the optin form will be displayed on the website.

If you need any help in doing so, please feel free to contact support and we’d be happy to assist you with it.

We have recently added in plugin check to make sure that the user has added the code snippet in the theme file.

wow.. The users complaining about the plugin should at least be a little bit more respectful.. especially since if you have any reading comprehension at all, this thing is very easy to install. i did it on my first try and I’m a total noob at WordPress.

The biggest oversight is to ensure you add the snippet to your header.php

I know it’s frustrating when trying to get something to work properly but come on man!! Why make a fool out of yourselves and come off as really douchy?
