Terrible UI, No Help, Just a Trick to Sell PRO version

  • I installed this software thinking it was going to be great considering the number of downloads. The problem is that there is no support (unless you pay about 50$) and the only information you are given is “buy the pro version” for 150$. This is a total ripoff and part of what makes WordPress plugins so terrible.

    The plugin is fine, but yes I agree, $50 for support? Seriously? If the pro plugin was at $29-$39 I would buy it in a heartbeat- even without any support, and I am sure many more folks would too. At $150 it’s a rip off!

    I am already at 100 folks with my family tree, and it’s not even half done!
