Also, the support sucks. They can do nothing but recommend paying for upgrades.
Without code explanations it was even a JOB for them to access my website without use some Proxy (i don′t know in what european strange countrie they are).
Anyway. I repeat, Beautiful theme but the web support SUCKS!!!

    Dear @remivasquez,

On behalf of our whole team, I want to extend our apologies for your experience. While we do our best to help every single customer it’s clear that we failed in your case.

I do want to take a moment and clear a couple of things.
While I appreciate your feedback and understand your point of view, please do understand we cannot assist with any problems regarding one of our premium themes if you do not have an active license. This is by choice at the moment as it’s what keeps our company going.

We believe it’s reasonable to ask users of our premium themes to make the annual commitment as long as they’re actively using the theme on their website. This allows us to constantly improve the themes and support them.

As for using a proxy, that was indeed the case, only because your hosting was blocking access from our region. We are from Romania, and did mention that in our support emails while trying to help. I would really appreciate it if you would not insult us based on our nationality and call Romania a ‘strange country’. It is not, nor is any other country – or the people in it.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Respectfully,
    Mihaela
