• Crap support is just as “responsive” as their theme.
Payed $50 for this theme and it’s not even intelligent enough to scale an image properly for mobile. Hope you like for site visitors to only be able to view 1/16th of your image. Do a Google search and you’ll see multiple unanswered questions about the same issue. Asked 3 different times how to get their stupid “Jumbotron” image to format properly for mobile and get the same copy and paste response. I don’t care how many times you refer to your theme as “responsive”…it clearly is not.

I’ll save you some time and give you their answer:
“The Jumbotron is fully responsive, which means that the container width, as with everything on the site, scales down as the browser narrows or when the site loads on a mobile device. Because computer screens are a widescreen or “landscape” aspect ratio, and mobile devices are normally viewed in a vertical, “portrait” aspect ratio, some of the image will inevitably be hidden. The only potential way to avoid this would be to shrink the height of the Jumbotron so that the “landscape” aspect ratio is maintained when viewing on a mobile device. However this would mean that on a narrow device such as a phone, the height of the Jumbotron would be very, very small, and the contents of the Jumbotron such as the title and buttons would break out of the container due to the lack of space, even with smaller font sizes. It is for these reasons that we strongly recommend against using images with text embedded in them, and choosing imagery with a strong central focal point, as the center of the images is what will always be shown.”

There are plenty of other “responsive” themes out there by developers who actually are intelligent and talented enough to figure this out. Spend your money elsewhere.
