Terrible support – they don’t bother to reply

Have used this on a site for a couple of years and managed to get it to work ok. Then it suddenly started messing up PDF documents and after seeing the support forum here, recommending the way to fix was to upgrade to the paid version, I did so. Bad move. I paid for the upgrade and had a simple question before I installed it, so I used their support form. That was August 21, 12 days ago, and having contacted them twice today with no response I’m here. I’d ask for a refund but they will probably ignore that too.
