• Asked for refund because I accidentally paid twice. They ask me for my id or driving license. Make no sense why. For me it’s a violation of privacy and I don’t want that. They don’t want to refund and if I don’t send my id they say that I can’t use their service if this is the case. I emailed them from my registered email + I sent them my paypal confirmation screenshot. Don’t understand why they need my id. It’s a scam for me.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Please note we do not allow anonymous usage of our services, due to certain government regulations and to prevent spam, you were not ready to share your identity, so we suggested you that we can refund your unused credits.

we have a clear refund policy of 3 days and that is for all customers.

And within less than 5 minutes of your confirmation all your unused credits were refunded back to your original payment method.

What if a user sends spam/fraud messages, who will be held responsible?

I hope you also hate spammers and i am sorry we can not compromise with government laws and regulations.

    Hello,
If you have 3 days refund policy, why were you asking my id card? Maybe in India it’s normal but not in every country. I provided you every proof, my registered email + screenshot of my paypal. And you guys say if I don’t proof myself by sending my id or driving license, I can’t use your service.
Now you refund without me providing my id? Doesn’t make any sense at all!!

We were asking you ID proof, just because you wanted to use our service, as you asked us to refund only one transaction, and you wanted to use the first purchase.

We did not asked driving licence specifically, we asked you to provide any ID proof, when you did not understand our response then we gave you examples of a valid ID proofs, and driving licence was one of those examples we gave.

But now we have permanently closed your account, and we dont need any document from you to close your account. We know what we are doing and what we are asking for has a reason behind it.

A spammer is a spammer, whether it is from India or from any country, and your this discussion has really given assurance to spammers, that we are really good and fast in refunds, which we never wanted on this public forum.

we are in India, so if any case anything goes wrong, we are answerable to Indian Laws first.

Look, I don’t want to harm your business. Instead of saying you can’t use our service or we gonna close your account. Ask client first what they want and how to solve it together.
That’s all what I am saying.
I just wanted to claim my money back which I accidentally paid twice. Now my account is gone and my money is refunded. That’s not what I wanted. But it’s ok! NEVER AGAIN with this company.

I hope you understand nobody wanted to loose a customer, neither we.

But every business has certain governing laws, and we need to follow it.

You are trying to use a telecom resource, and there are rules in every country we believe, and you need to provide an ID proof to procure telecom resource.

Let me know if one can get a sim card to send sms without id proof?

You are purchasing services online, it does not mean you can bypass the laws, we have zero tolerance against spam, and we try to be 100% compliant with government laws, and thus we can not compromise on it.

We asked you to be compliant and share id proof, which you denied, and we never force any customer, neither we forced you.

we do understand everyone has their privacy, but privacy of a customer can not cost harm to others(in case a user is a spammer/fraud).

Rest is upto you, how you take up the things, and react.

    Thanks @sterndata,

The payment has already been refunded to user, even before start of this thread, and user has already confirmed in the thread that he has received his payment.

Nevermind, your plugin is great. I just didn’t like how you guys handeled the situation. As far I remember, I could easily make an account to use this plugin and no id card was asked when signing up. I still don’t understand why you asked proof when the information you had was only my email lol. and I was using my email to communicate with you.

How can I remove this review? As a business man I don’t want to leave this review.

In that case @mrrosan you can only edit the review.

As you already mentioned the plugin is great, so you can make it a 5 star.

    But its upto your wish.
