Terrible support system but a good plugin

Asked for refund because I accidentally paid twice. They ask me for my id or driving license. Make no sense why. For me it’s a violation of privacy and I don’t want that. They don’t want to refund and if I don’t send my id they say that I can’t use their service if this is the case. I emailed them from my registered email + I sent them my paypal confirmation screenshot. Don’t understand why they need my id. It’s a scam for me.
