Terrible support ruins a potentially great plugin

I want to begin by stating that this plugin has many great capabilties and customization options. I love that!

However it is ruined by some crucial bugs coupled with the worst plugin support I’ve encountered in all my experience.

There is 0 response from the plugin in the WP support forums. I wanted to upgrade to Pro to get the support I need, but then started reading reviews here that the Pro support is the same – completely inexistent (and although they say they take support very seriously on their sales page).

And worst – they don’t offer ANY money-back guarantee (I wonder why?).

I wanted to take their view on this too, so I sent them a pre-sales message asking about the quality of Pro support… and in 3 weeks, I got no response. So I guess that answers the question.

So, sadly, a potentially great events plugin is left in the hands of an apparently very incompetent or inadequate team that can’t provide adequate support and fix some major bugs asap. Because of that, I can’t recommend this plugin right now and am myself looking for alternatives.
