    I would suggest taking the time to offer a more thorough explanation in replies as not everyone knows this product as well as the support person offering assistance. What might be obvious to them is not as obvious to others.

    I am sorry to hear that you had issues with th plugin. Our support in general works extremely hard to keep each and every client happy. We have thousands of happy customers. We have built the products with ease of use. Its a few simple clicks to get up and running.     Please note that some of our clients have custom solutions, options, salesforce fields and dozens of other configurations. We did our best to make our plugin so that it works with most of the general and generic setups but when a client has a very unique and or custom solution, we do our best to help them, even custom coding if needed.
