    You posted your topic less than 24 hours ago. We do provide support on this forum but our first priority is to provide support to paying customers as they are the ones who enable us to continue developing the plugin full-time. So if you want same day support (less then 24 hours) we would advise becoming a paying customer but if you want to stay a free user (which is perfectly fine) you should expect support response times will be longer in general, as we answer paid customer support tickets first.

    Just wanted to let you know how our support works and this is the case for most plugins on wp.org. In general most topics created on wp.org will take longer than 24 hours to reply.

    Anyway, we have replied to your support topic, requesting more info on the issue you have asked about.
