terrible support even if you pay

not impressed with the support on this product. i paid for an agency license because the plugin claims to support elementor and generatepress, i’d like to use it on a few sites where my clients heavily rely on elementor… but i can’t even get support to answer questions about why the elementor panels look fine, but the front end looks like crap — i’ve removed all custom css and still don’t get the layout that is shown in the elementor editor (woocommerce product widget). i think they even had a chance to upsell me an addon. one star is too much positivity for my experience so far.
