Terrible support, even for premium version

I needed a robust, secure document manager solution including excluding access per role, search, filetree hierarchies, etc.
At first this looked very promising. I purchased over $300 worth of their plugins and add-ons for a complicated project assuming that the support would match.
There was an issue where hierarchical permissions were not propagating through subfolders as the plugin advertised they should. I submitted a support ticket and received a response 24 hours later to “update my plugin to the latest version”. I responded that I was using the most current version and the problem persisted.
Then .. nothing. I even followed up a couple days later. It’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t responded to the ticket.
Keep in mind, this is from their PREMIUM support as I purchased their Pro plugin.
STAY AWAY. Find another solution.
