Terrible Support and Plug-In Does Not Work

I recently purchased this product and have had trouble with the grid layout working. I’ve tried reaching out to support by leaving a ticket and have also tried to reach out many times through Facebook chat. This company does not offer the support they advertise. Beware by this product if you have any issues, I do not recommend.
