Terrible support and outdated with major flaws

It is very possible to manage these kinds of things through a bit of planning and some frank interactions with your customers. I encourage membership site owners to stay focused on the members that want to pay you vs the one’s that are trying to take advantage of your. That said, we take this issue seriously and will be working to have better support for managing trials in general with PMPro.

I agree with you Sleet. $300/year – Really?

Having to purchase a subscription to access the majority of their help documentation and recipes is a disaster. Maybe it’s their way of discouraging the use of their free plugin. PMPro should allow users to access all recipes to customize their sites. Their premium plugins are the only thing that should be monetized.

Although you do have access to all of their plugins if you go to their GitHUb directly which is cool
