Terrible Support and No refund

I purchased the Pro version of this plugin for the Image Uploading capabilities which I should have known better about because it doesn’t work on their DEMO site. I thought it might just have been someone playing with the DEMO site. But it didn’t work for me either and I discussed this with support and they were most unhelpful. Looks like it’s been a problem with Windows 8 for some reason, I couldn’t get it to work with any browsers and asked for my money back which they wouldn’t refund.

So bit of a shame, I don’t recommend you buy the PRO version unless you’re 100% it’ll be right for you. Most plugin authors give you a Guarantee and money back satisfaction but these guys don’t.
