• Purchased one of their premium packages and some extensions. One of the extensions is not working as it states license key is expired. Contacted support and got a response within 24h saying they are looking into it. 2 weeks have now passed with me continuously asking for an update and being completely ignored. Have a client waiting for this in order to get their website online and no one from Restropess cares to respond.

  • You need to update the plugins from their site as they do not push them out to clients even though we pay good money for them. Once you update everything, log out of your devices and back in and it should work.
    That being said, today their website is down and causing issues with licensing again.
