Bard please reply to our emails. We have serious problems with Envira.
We pay 100 bugs for a gallery plugin. No problem. But then at least our emails could be answered promptly
It’s always the same and very exhausting with Envira Support.
We have been working with many developers of our WP plugins for many years, but this is by far the worst support.
Surely our emails have gone down again. Or the answer was unfortunately not sent for technical reasons or or or.
We’re starting to get really angry.
Is Brad actually the CEO of the company? If so, the fish is embroidering from the head. If not, the CEO could check his support more closely.
Best regards from a customer who has endured this non-functioning support for a very long time and who is slowly getting enough.
