• I paid for the pro version, asked a simple question in the www.remarpro.com support area (I like Q/A to be public so it can help others), and got a response of “we dont help people publicly, you need to use your account to get support”… That’s nice! So I go into my account and even use their email support to ask my question, and 8 days later still got no response… The least I could get is “sorry we don’t know how to fix this”, but nah, it was easier in their mind to just publicly post saying to use private chat, then ignore my private messages… So here you go ‘nifty newsletters’, your 1 star review that you basically asked for. Don’t waste your time on this plugin, just get an integration with Mailchimp, you’ll be happier you did ??

    I’m really sorry to hear you’ve felt like you’ve been pushed aside after asking a question on the forum. Unfortunately as per www.remarpro.com’s rules, we’re not allowed to provide support for the Pro version of our plugin on here, as these forums are only for the ‘Basic’ or Free version of the plugin.

    I did however receive your support ticket on 2016-06-27 at around 18:15 and responded to you personally on 2016-06-29 at around 12:06, however I suspect that the response may not have gone through (See screenshot below).

    As I did mention in my response, your request cannot be achieve with the plugin as it is now, however I’m more than willing to assist you in changing the plugin’s code for you to do this.

    Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and lack of support you’ve received, but as I mentioned from the beginning, I’d really like to assist you with this and have your subscription form up and running ASAP.
