Terrible Support

The plugin works fine – but the support for the plugin is terrible. I have tried on multiple occasions to post support questions and after a month or longer they go unanswered. When you look at other posts for help – their questions are unanswered as well. You go to the Yoast website and they refer you back to this support forum. It’s a terrible problem. I have Yoast installed on probably 25 websites or more right now and I am considering switching them all to something that offers so kind of support – and in a timely manner.
