Terrible service

Cincopa has been an awful experience for me. Their product is so full of glitches. For the first few months it was working but then there was so many issues, and they kept trying to tell me it was because I had made an error when putting in the code. 1) I didn’t touch the backend of my site at all in the time when the glitches began and 2) Why would I want my site to look so messed up.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone working there is completely incompetent. They have a phone service but since I am not a “premium customer” I am not privileged to that. Instead they never reply to my e-mails and they give me redundant nonsensical advise and have left me paying for a faulty product. I am now trying to cancel my service and get a refund, that is, if they ever decide to respond to my many requests.
