Terrible product/customer support from this company – BEWARE!

    My wife and I have been building/maintaining websites since 1999, and have been using WordPress now for at least 10 years.

    My wife is an astrologer, and we decided to try out a WP theme because she liked the look. (Zodiac Astrology by theclassictemplates.com) We opted to go for the Premium version (April 27) Their website ‘looks’ good, but during this past month there has been a lot of problems and still we do not have a workable version of this theme.

    Also there are issues with the support staff and communication with them has been strained to say the least.

    The documentation (from within WP and on their website) is written well for sales purposes, but when it comes down to actual ‘usability’ I would give them a 2. Support for how to use the Theme (customization, etc…) doesn’t exist.

    Does anyone else have experience with this company and do you have suggestions? The last version of their PREMIUM theme didn’t have a style.css sheet so the theme was unable to be installed. When I informed them of that, they sent the same version (still no style.css!)
