Terrible (or complete lack of) support

Tried this theme out for abit, works well for the most part. Needed some help with a simple issue and posted in the support forum (ThemeIsle’s website is completely inaccessible and no other contact email or helpdesk to be found). Simple question, no response for 48 hours and replies kept getting deleted.

If Zerif Lite was supposed to be a demo for users to update to Zerif Pro, you can be sure as hell I’m not paying a single cent to these shysters.
