• I installed this plugin on my website and it appeared to work properly, it put the custom fields into my checkout and allowed the customers to input data into them when purchasing. However the data from all the custom fields was never shown on the back end, so all my customers entered information that I was not able to access. When I contacted the author for support I was given a solution that did not work and then was blown off when I requested additional assistance. I know when to cut my losses and I found another plugin that works great for this feature, but I wanted to write this review in hopes of steering future visitors towards a different solution that works properly. The whole situation caused much stress and inconvenience, both for myself since the project in question is for a charity that I help out free of charge, as well as for the customers who purchased items to support said charity.

    I have resolved your issue twice and ask you to download plugin again or send us email so we can send you latest version, also we have tested our plugin many times there is no such issue that you point, this issue arise in only in your website so i ask you to contact our support and create ticket so we can contact you and get your FTP info and resolve your issue but you do not reply.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    @jan Dembowski i appreciate your suggestion, thanks. but i haven’t ask him to provide credential here on WP i ask him to follow proper way to create support ticket directly on our website and we may ask about these conditionals there because i already resolve issue and tested but he is still facing so may be he is not installing module properly and this issue arise only on his website no other ask about this issue. We are a proper company and we are providing support of all our free and premium modules.
