    In my opinion:
    Lacking adequate documentation,
    Difficult to download template Kit when I’m already a PRO licensee,
    Not very good communication.

    Probably going to ask for a refund. Just not worth the billable time I’ve wasted trying to figure out where to find what I need to be able to use it efficiently. (Really tired of app dev’s who like to write app code, but appear to just not care about writing app documentation/instructions aim at the end-user. But what do I know, …. only been at this for 25+ years.)
