Terrible – Don’t buy Premium upgrade

Paid good money for Updraft Premium. But it doesn’t work. Doesn’t register as premium. No premium support. Not working at all. Just keeps trying to sell me Updraft Premium. Backup goes nowhere. Everything links to “upgrade to premium” links. I’ve got a receipt. My credit card was charged. I’ve followed the deinstall, reinstall from link provided at purchase.
Literally, after 4 unhelpful cryptic email exchanges with Bryle, I’ve come to the conclusion that “support” for Updraft really means “just being stubborn and no providing any helpful information.” I’ve called my credit card company and reported the change as fraud. Deintalling the plugin and won’t be back for more abuse.
