TERRIBLE Customer Support

When support:
-Takes 1-4 weeks to respond to tickets
-Doesn’t offer any help aside from “did you try updating the plugin?”
-Doesn’t refund purchase
-Stops replying to tickets completely…then I have no choice but to leave a one start review. I even notified them I would be leaving a negative review if they didn’t help me fix the gallery issue or offer a refund. That was 6 months ago. This review has been on my to do list for too long. Now it’s done. Support and customer service is everything, choose someone who actually provides it!
