• So woocommerce doesn’t a give a shit about their customers. They refuse to provide any kind of support their products even though they are often buggy out of the box. A theme like this is an incomplete package which acts as a lure to force you buy more extensions which woocommerce only superficially supports. You email their support, they take 3 days to get back to you, and then they tell you to hire a web developer.

    I’ve had about 3 large issues which they refused to address. Eventually I found solutions provided by other websites, solutions they should have offered. They don’t really have support, it’s just another lure to give the illusion the product is better than it is.

    They say that it’s impossible to support their products, that’s a direct quote. It’s bullshit, and their customers deserve more. I rarely write reviews, but so sick of their punting of issues with their product, I wanted others to know. Storefront may technically be a good theme, but if the company behind it doesn’t care to support their customers through their own bugs… it’s not good enough for me… and it’s not good enough for you.
