• The add-on Woocommerce plugin conflicts with their own Awesome Support plugin. Added Woocommerce Membership and the Awesome Support conflicts with it. They take DAYS to respond until you tell them you want a refund and don’t want the plugin. Refusing to refund. AVOID THIS plugin!

    So sorry you had a bad experience with us. We are still trying to reach you to talk about your experience. We really want to talk to you and clear this up as email is not a great way to mend. I realize that you want a refund, and we’d love to make everyone happy here. (Also want to clear up that we were pretty responsive to your tickets, and your frustration may have happened during the time we were analyzing your situation more deeply with the additional information you sent in)
