• Ordered Notification X told them there was an issue on 5/29/2021
    Since then it has not been fixed, I was told on 6/3/2021 there is an issue with it and the Dev Team will look at it real soon.
    Since then I email them back on 6/7/2021 and have heard nothing back from them since 6/3/2021. Not even a followup email to say we are working on your PRO Version plugin that you just bought. I am very patient but when Steve said on his last email very soon and its still nothing in the communication Dept…that is very bad Customer service! Basically getting no support at all or nothing on any updates, will not be renewing my pro version when it runs out.

    Hi @todds15,

    First of all, I am really sorry about the inconvenience caused. This shouldn’t have happened and I can totally understand your frustration.

    Anyways, I have gone through your support ticket and I noticed that the issue of yours issue was a bit strange hence we couldn’t fix it right away. Please do note that, NotificationX has over 20,000+ active users along so we do get plenty of tickets. So, sometimes it can take a bit time to get all the issues resolved.

    Regardless, We investigated a bit but it was a bit complex so it was taking a bit more time than expected. Since, we were closed for couple of days due to weekend which caused a bit delay as well.

    By the way, we didn’t get any email back from you after we sent our last email on June 3, 2021 as you can see here in this screenshot. So, maybe something went wrong with the email server which caused this. Otherwise, we usually reply within 24 hours.

    And, we always take our customers very seriously and always fix the reported issues. Our recent reviews can vouch for that as well.

    Anyways, we will be in touch very soon and hopefully will get your issue resolved as soon as possible as well.

    It would be great if you consider changing this review.

    I will change the review once it’s fixed and as of 6/11/2021 its still not fixed from way back on 5/29/2021. I noticed a post dated over 2 months ago someone was having issues with global Queue and one of the replys was this.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    For the first query: Currently, we are facing some issues with the global queue settings. Our Dev Team is working for fixing this issue. Once this issue fixed we will inform you. In the meantime, use Timing options instead of Global Queue.

    That was 2 months ago!! This issue should be fixed by now, and as for the email i screenshot it and sent it to you…i did send an email asking for an update.
    Again until the Global queue issue is fixed i cannot in my heart change my review.
