Terrible choice

  • Wanted to use it to get a quick one-page coming soon up for a client and it’s been a miserable experience. Almost zero control over the page layout or design, can’t set background images, can’t adjust font sizes anywhere, can’t bring your own email list gathering form because it breaks literally every other plugin with shortcodes.

    This thing is a boat anchor.

    In the latest versions of the plugin, we introduced pre-designed templates for the maintenance and coming soon pages, created using Otter – a dedicated Gutenberg blocks plugin, precisely to offer more control over how the page looks. This way, you can edit and customize the pages as you please and as you would do with any normal page in the editor. As for the issue with the plugins with shortcodes, you can create a new topic describing the problem on this page so we can assist you in solving it.
