• I had the paid elementor subscription and I didn’t think it was very good. It was clunky (especially if your used to WordPress) and I stopped using the product halfway through the year. The most frustrating part is that the initial purchase is refundable if you don’t like it, but the auto renewal is NOT refundable. Since I hadn’t logged in to the product in 6 months and my credit card number had changed, I just forgot about it. To my surprise, the product auto renewed on my old card number and was billed to my account. I called within 4 days of the auto renewal and they wouldn’t refund it. I went to my bank to fight the charge, and elementor fought back and won contractually – they sent a 10+ page report to my bank detailing the contractual language on renewals. So I ended up paying $422 for a product I won’t use this year. It’s not worth the purchase and even if it was, I think there approach to business is at minimum insulting to customers and at worst immoral.

  • Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Elementor didn’t meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating this situation has been for you.

Regarding the functionality of Elementor, we’re always working on improving our product, and feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we need to do better. If you’d be open to it, we’d love to understand more about the specific challenges you faced with the product, especially regarding its clunkiness, so we can address those issues for future improvements.

As for the auto-renewal policy, while our auto-renewal terms are outlined during the initial purchase and in renewal notifications, we acknowledge that these situations can feel unfair when the service isn’t being actively used. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and for how the process unfolded.

We never want our customers to feel insulted or mistreated, and your feedback highlights areas where we can improve our policies and how we handle these situations. While we’re unable to adjust past actions, we’d love the opportunity to make things right and ensure you feel heard. If you’re willing, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can work on a solution together.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

    Best regards,
