terrible anonymous resource

The plugin makes many promises but when you a simple presale or user support question – that’s not possible. The developer has done everything possible to hide from contact. I don’t understand how WP can allow an anonymous resource in the codex.

Why wolud anyone buy something from someone who has gone to such efforts to hide kis identity and not allow any presale contact?
