    Ive not got a massive amount of products and categories. maybe 800 products and 70 categories. Every time I try to map the categories part way through the page crashes and I have to start from the start. Tried removing and reinstalling and doing it on different PCs, same result. AVOID. Ill be looking elsewhere and this developer is definitely on my never use list!

    You asked this “We have not had complains about users being ‘thrown-out’ of the mapping page before. However, you mention having a lot of categories. May we ask how many you have? Including the amount of products on your site and the PHP version you are running?”

    I replied straight away then nothing. As such Ive decided to get one that (hopefully) works. I dont have a lot of categories or products really alkthough its too many categories to half map and then lose all my work multiple times.

    Thanks for your reply.

    We asked you those questions for a reason. Some users run a real old version of PHP in combination with tens of thousands of products, we state we do not support that, yet people still try which does result in strange behaviour. You do not want to know how people can ‘abuse’ the plugin and use it in ways we could never have anticipated. That is why we ask questions.

    With all do respect, expecting a reply/response within hours to a day for a free plugin and free support is not realistic. Leaving a 1-star-review when support does not meet up to your expectation is, at least, a bit harsh wouldn’t you think?

    Anyhow, for what it is worth we are of-course still willing to investigate the issue at hand if you are up for it.
