• I’d give it zero if I could. I use Tickets plus along with Calendar Plus (both paid). I’ve probably spent over 50 hours making the modifications that customer support told me to do and I’m back to having the same problems I had at the beginning (it’s been six months). Support can only be communicated via their website. Even when you try to upload more than one file to support, through whatever form they are using, it won’t let you. You would think that a company that write plug-ins and programs would have a support page that works! I could go on, but I don’t want to waste any more time on this waste of a WordPress plug-in. It sucks.

It’s disappointing to know that after all the effort you’ve put in, the issue persists, and we understand how valuable your time is.

    As for the support you received regarding customizations, we aim to assist our customers as much as possible within our support scope. However, I do understand that customization can sometimes require more specialized guidance. While our standard support doesn’t cover extensive customizations, we can certainly provide general advice and point you towards helpful resources and direction.

    We’re also sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with our helpdesk. For premium/paid plugins and products we are only allowed to tackle it on private forum. This is for us to follow guidelines in www.remarpro.com free forum. Your feedback about the challenges in uploading multiple files is on our radar, we’re already looking into ways to improve the form and its process.

    I’m not trying to customize anything. Does it say anywhere in my post that I am? I’m only trying to do one simple thing- sell a $60 ticket (no multiple tickets with different prices, no shared tickets, etc) and put a cap at 20 tickets. What I’m trying to do is EXTREMELY STRAIGHTFORWARD. I have both paid versions of Event Calendar and Tickets. As far as the challenges in uploading multiple files, you’re kidding right? I am not a web guy by any means, but was able to set up a form from WP forms that has no problem uploading more than one file. If you understood how valuable my time was, you already would have, at the very least, reimbursed me for my purchase of Event Tickets as at least a gesture of the time I’ve wasted.
