I’d give it zero if I could. I use Tickets plus along with Calendar Plus (both paid). I’ve probably spent over 50 hours making the modifications that customer support told me to do and I’m back to having the same problems I had at the beginning (it’s been six months). Support can only be communicated via their website. Even when you try to upload more than one file to support, through whatever form they are using, it won’t let you. You would think that a company that write plug-ins and programs would have a support page that works! I could go on, but I don’t want to waste any more time on this waste of a WordPress plug-in. It sucks.
