    I installed this plugin to see if it could replace Yoast and was shocked. Not only did it removed more than 300 handwritten meta descriptions, it also installed several additional plugins. I almost start crying. You know how much time it takes to write 300 meta descriptions!!!

    Hi @ctlprogrammer,

    I’m sorry to hear that your meta descriptions disappeared when switching to All in One SEO. I’d like to help you with this, as most times the data is still present in the WordPress database.

    Were these meta descriptions you wrote in Yoast or in AIOSEO?

    Did you import them using the importer under All in One SEO > Tools > Import/Export?

    If you wrote them in Yoast, can you install Yoast again and see if all of the meta descriptions are still there?

    If they’re present in Yoast, then can you try importing them into AIOSEO and let me know if they import successfully.
