Sorry that your support questions were missed, @wood1e. I try very hard to make it clear within the plugin that support is handled primarily through https://rocketgeek.com. Everything within the plugin points you there for support. With 70,000+ users and one of me, the only effective way to handle support is by keeping it primarily in one channel.

I’m sorry that you felt that was worthy of a 1 star review. If you reach out to me via the support site, I’d be more than happy to try to help you through the issues you had.

    hi

I cannot reach out to you there, as I am using the free plugin.

I have been through your documentation, but I cannot see what is wrong with the set up that I have used. Using shortcode etc, the login doesn’t work, or doesn’t seem to work… So I have been stuck in trying to get your system to work.

Just to be clear, regardless of whether you have a support subscription or not, you can use the form at https://rocketgeek.com/contact/

There is nothing there that says you can’t ask a question through that form. The primary difference is that paid support subscribers receive priority.

If you’re still trying to use the plugin and are having trouble, reach out to me there and I will try to help you get it working.
