Most of all options are NOT selectable in the free version. You cannot change any setting and it is practically useless. It is like going to a multi cuisine restaurant and can have only ONE dish. Plugins are free for a purpose and they should be usable. But this plugin is only here for one purpose. – To force us to buy the pro version.

The plugin free version has some useful discounts like bulk or tiered discount, quantity table, cart discount based on cart subtotal, cart discount based on the number of cart items, automatic cart discount on specific data, and time, applying a bulk discount on all of the products in the store or storewide discount, applying bulk or tiered discount on specific categories. You can create a discount for clients based on the cart subtotal or how much they spent on your store and the discount will apply to the cart automatically based on the conditions that you created in the plugin with rules and conditions.
The plugin free version has useful flexible shipping methods like shipping method based on cart total weight, shipping method based on the number of cart items, shipping method based on the cart subtotal.
The plugin free version has a feature to create a product list or product archives based on selected products or selected categories or all of the products.

In the end, I should say that the plugin pro version has most of the discount types and can help you sell better with your WooCommerce store and developing useful features for the plugin has cost for us and also supporting the plugin has a cost for us and without our clients support we could not develop such a great feature.
