Terrible!

I have found this plug-in very difficult to use, I am new to word press but have been blogging for years. I struggled to get the templates to show in the list and no matter how many times I asked for support as to what I was doing wrong I was just sent to the instructions link that I could not understand!
No matter how many times I emailed no one could explain it to me, and could not tell me where I was going wrong. I did manage to send my subscribers one post notification but none since. User support in my case was non existent.
I really would love to know how to use this thing but am at a loss to get someone to help me and gave up!
