• Thought this would be a godsend, couldn’t install it without tech support, as my site was unsyncable. That took a while to get sorted.

    Once installed it scanned my entire site and said it was clean. Great news.

    Following morning, said it was hacked. You can only find out what the problem is if you pay for the service. You can only get it cleaned if you pay for the service. I was on the free trial, so the very least I should have been able to see why it reckoned I was hacked without paying.

    Asked me to enter FTP details to fix, wouldn’t connect. Support told me it was because I was on a free trial.

    Wasted 2 days with this, in the end I installed and ran other scanners that gave my site the clean report again.
