    I understand that logging out and logging back in can help make the “review” buttons work again. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, logging out, log back in, reactivate only wordfence, attempt to log out but it sends me to a “temporarily locked out” page, except I’m not really locked out. also not logged out.

    have also reinstalled wordfence but that made no difference.

    Earlier today I was locked out but wordfence never sent unlock emails. so I changed my password via php admin (and confirmed the email address was correct). Because of this, I suspect a database error but no idea how to fix.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Wordfence. I’m not 100% sure I’m following exactly what’s happening here but do you think you can try a complete fresh reinstall of Wordfence to see if that helps?

    You can use the Wordfence Assistant plugin for this purpose if you don’t want to remove the Wordfence tables manually from the database.
